My son has autistic tendencies and has been diagnosed with ADHD. Since attending sessions with Sandy he has been calmer and is processing his thoughts more which in turn has helped him to be more receptive to decisions that he doesn’t agree with. He is able to regulate himself better and is in an emotionally happier place than previously. I am very happy with the outcome of the sessions with Sandy

I have always been scared of horses therefore wasn’t sure if Equine therapy was for me. However Sandy encouraged me that she could support me with this and support me she did. From my first step in the paddock to meeting the horses, I felt safe. I was surprised how much I learnt about myself through my interaction with the horse and the support from Sandy. I would highly recommend this form of therapy to anyone
